Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, to allow time for your consultation and to relax. Late arrivals will have a reduced appointment time. If you change the services you've booked when you arrive, you may be charged for the treatment you cancel or change if it isn't the same value.

Skin tests are needed for hair colour, eyelash and eyebrow tints, eyelash extensions, lash lifts and brow lamination. If you're a new client or we haven't seen you for over 6 months, book a free skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment. If a reaction happens we can't carry out the service. Without a skin test your booking may not go ahead, and a charge may be made under our cancellation policy.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Without 48 hours' notice you'll be charged 30% of your total bill, and a no-show is charged 50%.

Bridal bookings need 4 weeks' notice, in writing by post or email. With 4 weeks' notice only the booking deposit is lost; with less, 50% of the total balance is lost.

Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours: we're located within a family residence. Wear treatment-appropriate, comfortable clothing and avoid light colours for hair services. At no point will you need to fully undress. Smoking and vaping aren't permitted anywhere on site. The safety of our staff is paramount, and we reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time.

We're a child-friendly salon. Please make sure children are well behaved and mindful of other guests.

Gift vouchers last 12 months and can be used for treatments or products. Simply quote your voucher at the time of booking.
